Project Background
The Mentorship and Build Your Skills Project was launched with active engagement and support from stakeholder groups, including national and state labour advocacy, local labour unions across the United States and their affiliated training providers and community organizations that support pre-apprentices.
SkillPlan worked in partnership with NABTU to market and communicate project objectives to national labour groups, which then identified local labour unions and Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) programs for participation in the pilot project.
