Project Background
This project builds off of the Enhancing Pre-Apprentice & Apprentice Training Tools project to develop an integrated, comprehensive technological system that supports underrepresented groups in the unionized construction industry. This project provides a more structured, integrated, accessible and adaptive online training and support system that offers a curation of educational resources and supports to address apprenticeship challenges.
