This nationally funded project evaluates an innovative mentorship training model for the construction sector to provide evidence on the importance of implementing a structured mentorship training system.
ROI results of this large-scale national mentorship project indicated positive improvement in the acquisition of technical skills, workers’ well-being, productivity, safety and quality of work, as well as supporting underrepresented groups in their apprenticeship programming.
