Project Background
This project aims to design a structured Skills for Success (SFS) training system, including contextualized trade-specific resources aligned with technical training objectives.
These include preparation guides, technical training worksheets and assessment tools that better support pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship success, including for underrepresented groups. The project also includes design, pilot testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of the new structured approach to SFS training in pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship for 14 Red Seal construction trades.
