- Use the Online Order Form to submit your order to SkillPlan, or print out the PDF Order Form to fax or mail. Or fax your Purchase Order to (604) 436-1149.
- Enter the number of each publication you are ordering into the Qty column.
- Fill out your Contact Information in the Online Order Form.
- Fill out your Shipping Address.
- Fill out your Billing Address or check the Same As Above box.
- Select a method of Payment (cheque is required for large dollar amounts).
- Enter any comments into the Comments / Special Instructions area.
- Click the Send This Order button or press the Enter key.
- You’ll receive an automated email with your order information.

Our publications are printed on demand and only a limited quantity may be available. Please allow time for printing.
The preferred method of payment is by cheque or money order. An invoice will be sent to the billing address, due upon receipt in Canadian Dollars. Credit card payments are accepted, and are processed online securely through PayPal. A valid email address is required. For details about the credit card payment through PayPal process click here. You may be required to pay before your order is shipped.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Xpresspost and Priority Courier are available if you require your order sooner. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the cost of faster shipping methods. Orders are usually processed next business day. Orders are shipped from the Vancouver area. Shipping costs are based on parcel weight and speed of delivery and will be calculated after you submit your order.
Orders may be returned in good condition at the customer’s expense. Returns are subject to a restocking fee, in addition to the initial shipping &/or handling charges. Contact email@example.com to request a return.
