Mentorship on the Job Workshops

Journeypersons, supervisors, and contractors will learn a strategy for mentoring apprentices or new workers on the jobsite in these workshops. This strategy benefits both the company and the industry – it encourages the passing on of trades skills and the continuation of the trade.

Plain Language Writing

This workshop reviews how to write effective emails, newsletters, and memos using examples from the construction industry. Workshop participants will have opportunities to bring in their own work for the workshop facilitators to review.
